ウリ科　　学名：Gynostemma pentaphyllum var. maritimum

磯馴甘茶蔓。アマチャヅルの変種。アマチャヅルは日本に広く分布し、健康茶として利用されます。本種はアマチャヅルに比べ葉が厚く光沢があります。高知県西部の海岸付近にのみ分布し、足摺半島や柏島を特徴的づける植物です。
