by 5PM of the day before the tour(please contact us if you are applying on the day of).
You can book online up to 3 days before the tour date. After that, please call us to make a reservation by noon the day before.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge until noon two days before, a 25% charge until noon the day before, a 50% charge until the start of the tour, and a 100% charge without notice.
