Jakoten-Cooking
Duration：40 min.
Visitors can take a factory tour there as well as experience making jakoten (fried fish paste cakes), at a new factory opened in June 2019.
During the factory tour, you can watch craftsmen making Jakoten from the tour corridors.
During the jakoten-Cooking activities, you can also make regular ellipse shape jakoten and cute heart-shaped jakoten.
The taste of freshly-fried jakoten will be a great memory!
