Freshly grilled bonito tataki is the best!
We use fresh bonito caught in Tosashimizu. You can have your fill of delicious straw-grilled bonito.
After the activity, you can eat it there, and any uneaten Sodabushi(bonito flakes) can be packaged for gift-giving.
The tour includes an “Iomeshi” set meal and arajiru (fish head soup), as well as a bonito cleaning and straw-grilling activity.
